These Terms of Use apply to Fliploow, a free browser-based arcade game available at fliploow.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The game
Fliploow is a free one-button trampoline flip arcade game. The goal is to land flips, improve your score, and compete on the leaderboard.
2. Nicknames
The game may generate or store a nickname for leaderboard use. You must not use nicknames that are offensive, abusive, misleading, impersonating another person or brand, or designed to disrupt the game.
We may remove or reset nicknames that violate these rules.
3. Leaderboard and fair play
Scores may appear on a public leaderboard. You must not cheat, manipulate the game client, abuse the API, automate score submissions, interfere with other users, or attempt to submit fake scores.
We may remove, reset, or block scores that appear fraudulent, impossible, abusive, or technically invalid.
4. Rewarded ads
Fliploow may offer rewarded ads, such as one extra continue after game over. Rewards are optional and are only granted after the rewarded ad flow is completed successfully.
Watching an ad does not guarantee permanent access, money, transferable value, or any reward outside Fliploow.
5. Availability
Fliploow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game, leaderboard, ads, or site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
6. Changes
We may update the game, scoring, leaderboard, ads, features, or these Terms at any time.
7. No harmful use
You must not use Fliploow to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt the site, servers, APIs, ads, or other users.
